| Just a quick sketch that I like a lot. Anyways, I got some time and I want to get drawing but I don't really post my stuff onto DA. So, if you got a simple drawing you want done send me a note and I will consider it. Have a few rules though: Do not do: 1. Bloodshed or gore related material 2. Nudity or sexual themes I do: 1. Basically pretty much anything else lol So, if you want to get a request note me and I will consider it. Commissions if you want I can do  I do mostly pencil drawings, but I can do some computer program (GIMP mainly). I know people are doing art thievery out there but ALL my ideas come from ME, mostly anyways BUT I credit the sources, depending on the drawing. All my ideas for my drawinga are from my head. If anyone thinks I stole, I would like to reference you to here: [link] What Darlsilverflame says is true. In this modern world, almost ALL ideas have been used and reused over and over. A COMPLETELY original idea without even the SLIGHTEST similarity to another image is impossible. Names of characters, sounds in musical plays, peoms, etc. looks of scenery, looks of characters and overall other things utlimately something you do will be copyrighted or somehow similar to another work. Humanity has been doing art for over 10,000 years and it has been increasing in amount ever since. More people=more artwork That is especially true today. OVER 7 billion people are on this planet and not making a similar idea to someone at this moment, yet alone over 10,000 years worth of artwork (from an ever increasing population of several thousand people 10,000 years ago to an ever increasing population of 7 billion people today) in some form, is siply impossible. Here is my view, if you have never heard of the drawing or other form of artwork that is similar to yours that people claim you stole from, then you are not liable for art thievery. If you knew and even copied somehow or just completely copied the artwork on purpose and especially didn't leave credit to the artist, then you are liable of art thievery. |
